Product Warranty

All our products are coated in 18K gold or silver with a 3-micron thick layer free of nickel. We guarantee their quality and functionality for 12 to 36 months, as long as they are used and cared for properly.

Important

The gold or silver plating naturally fades over time, so the wear of the piece should not be considered a defect. The speed at which this happens is related to the care of the items. Sweat, chlorine, perfume, and cleaning agents can cause oxidation to disappear more quickly. We recommend following the usage and care instructions to fully enjoy our pieces.

 

Warranty Procedure

To request the warranty, send an email to with the following information:

• Purchase order number.
• Photographs of the item or items to be returned in the condition they were received, as well as of the defect.
• A detailed description of the defect and/or problem.
• Product name and code.

Our warranty team will review the information provided and assess the condition of the product. If the defect is confirmed and meets the warranty terms, we will send you a return label via the same electronic means so you can send the defective product back to our facilities.

Once the product is received and its review is confirmed, we will proceed to issue the corresponding refund for the amount paid for the defective product or to send a replacement, according to your preference.

 

Exclusions and limitations

We do not cover damages caused by force majeure, third parties, or misuse of the product.
